Jennifer Osby
Executive Director

Jennifer graduated from The University of Iowa with a degree in Political Science.  After graduating college she worked on numerous political campaigns all over the country, then decided to return home. She joined our team in September of 2009, and upon completing the required training she became the Executive Director at Parkview Care Center and The Oaks Assisted Living on March 16, 2011. 
 
Jennifer is the eldest daughter of Ed and Charlene Osby. Some of her interests include traveling, watching movies, dancing, working out, and Iowa football. In her free time you can find Jennifer spending time at the gym instructing fitness classes and with family and friends. 

 
Cathi Hampton
Director of Nursing 
 
Cathi graduated from LPN school in 1996. She worked in long term care while completing her BSN from The University of Oklahoma. After graduating she remained in long term care as an Assistant Director of Nursing in Oklahoma. Cathi is originally from Iowa and has recently moved back home, joining Parkview's management team. 

Cathi has three children: Thomas, Deklan, and Leia. In her spare time she enjoys all outdoor activities, dancing, going to her children's sporting events, watching movies, working out and laughing.
 
Sarah Flattery
Admissions and Social Services Director 
 
Sarah Flattery graduated from the University of Iowa with a BS in Recreation Education with an emphasis in Therapeutic Rec. In 1998 Sarah became the Activities Director at PVCC. Sarah considers working with elderly rewarding. 

Sarah has been married to Mick Flattery for over 20 years. Together they have two children: Meredith, and Mackenzie. During her free time Sarah can be seen supporting her daughters and husband at their sporting events.

Carol Lewis
Food Service Director
 
Carol Lewis has worked at PVCC for 13 years. Carol started in housekeeping and quickly moved up to housekeeping/laundry supervisor. In 2007 Carol transferred into the dietary department and into the Food Service Supervisor position. Carol likes to work with the senior population and thoroughly enjoys working with the residents to make sure their dietary needs are met. 

Prior to Parkview, Carol worked as a shift supervisor at a local factory in Fairfield. 

Carol has three children, two daughters and one son, three granddaughters, three grandsons and one great grandson. Carol loves to spend time with her grandchildren. She likes to go to the car races, ride her bike and walk the local trails. Carol is also a #1 Elvis fan and definitely the biggest Elvis fan at PVCC and probably all of Fairfield.
